My Creative Time Frightful Greetings Kit Blog Hop & Flash Sale

Hi everyone! Thanks for stopping by, and welcome to the My Creative Time “Frightful Greetings” Kit reveal Blog Hop and Flash Sale! You should have arrived from Ruthie’s blog, but if you’ve gotten lost anywhere along the way, you can start back at the My Creative Time blog.

Today is a very exciting day, because for the first time ever My Creative Time is offering a brand new KIT which consists of the frightfully fun stamp set, coordinating die, and fabulous stencil design that you see here. This exclusive kit is available now, while supplies last, at My Creative Time.

We are all about the Halloween treats here at my house, so for my kit project, I have made a little goody bag for my college kiddos, filled with their favorite candy. Such a fun way to surprise them both with a little treat from mom, and so quick and easy to put together using the kit supplies.

Isn’t that stencil pattern absolutely amazing? I used it to decorate the outside of the candy bag, and then added a bit of extra embellishment with one of the small sentiments included in the stamp set. For the insert that fits inside the bag, I created a simple layered watercolor panel with stamped sentiment at the bottom. The skeleton was stamped and water colored, and then die cut with the coordinating kit die before being sandwiched between the layers of papers on the card insert. Love how the skeleton peeks from the top edge! And he makes a perfect pull tab for the card insert, too.

I added a quick sentiment banner band to the top of the bag, tied with twine and decorated with sequins. Then all you need are a few of your favorite sweets. ❤

I am the last stop along the hop, so thank you for joining us!

And here’s more information for you about today’s blog hop and sale.
