Every holiday season, you can find amazing deals at Scrapbook.com, and this year I am excited to be joining in on the fun as an affiliate fan. I hope to pop in here often to let you know about the special offers and sales, and most importantly, all the FREEBIES that are up for grabs. Starting today with this exclusive 1/4″ adhesive roll.
Of course adhesive roll is mostly used to stick papers and embellishments together, but it can also be used for so much more. I love strong roll adhesive like this for putting together die cut boxes and bags, or adding strength to pockets and pouches, like gift-card holders. But today I used the adhesive roll to easily add loose glitter accents to this pair of cute holiday tags.
I love this adorable Vintage North Pole collection by Simple Stories! Such a sweet retro vibe, and I am a sucker for those cute Santas. These tags were made with simple 2×4 strips of cardstock that were layered with papers from the 6×8 paper pad and embellished with ephemera die cuts. A few quick snips across the top corners and a corner rounder punch on the bottom turned those strips into fast tags.
Working with loose glitter can be challenging, but it was sooo easy to apply this beautiful Distress glitter using the 1/4″ adhesive roll. Simply add a strip of adhesive, remove the protective liner, and press into glitter. Burnish the glitter by pressing it into the adhesive, and then just brush off the excess. Simple, right?
Be sure to check out Scrapbook.com for all the latest deals and information, and I’ll be back with more soon!
