We’re getting right down to the wire, my little ghosties and goblins. It’s almost Halloweeeeeeeeeeen! And time to share my last Halloween project for the year… a spooky undertaker card made with the new Laboratory die set from Tim Holtz and Sizzix.
It just wouldn’t be Halloween without a few poison bottles, right? And with this set you can build up a whole laboratory full of different potion bottle, label, and cork combos, with a little shelf for setting them on, too. I did some inlay die cutting on my three bottles, and then a heavy coating of ink and embossing powder gives the jars a bit of an old mercury glass feel. And I love how some Distress water coloring makes the contents seem to smoke and swirl about.
And just like that, the Halloween projects will be packed up for another year. But I’ll be back on Wednesday with the final installment of my 2018 Haunted House tour. Until then, I hope you all have a spooktacular week, my friends!
