Those Summer Days with Photo Play Paper

Now that summer is in full swing, the time is right to share this bright and happy card that I made for Photo Play Paper with their adorable summer collection for the year, Those Summer Days. Because unlike freezing January, when I made this card for the Creativations show…. now is definitely the perfect time for some ice cream. 😀

I love the colors and patterns in this collection. Reminds me of striped awnings on the soda shop. Or when the kiddos were little and would run after the neighborhood ice cream truck. Such happy times!

Hope you all are enjoying those happy summer days in your neck of the woods!

Thanks for stopping by, friends! Hope you have a wonderful week ahead. And if you are interested in any of the products I used today, don’t forget that all Photo Play Paper items are still on sale at, for a limited time only.

  1. What a yummy ice cream cone!! Love the color combo and the sweet cherry background papers! Hope you’re having a great summer, Audrey!!

  2. Love the bright colors! The large white scallops really display the ice cream cone piece perfectly. Like how you created photo corners. You’re right about the stripes looking like awnings – perfect for an ice cream store or card. I remember being all excited when the ice cream truck would come by – so fun!
