Spooky Selfie with Therm O Web & Brutus Monroe

Happy Wednesday, friends!

 This week, the team at Therm O Web has the great pleasure of partnering with Brutus Monroe, sharing projects featuring his new line of Halloween stamps and stencils. I am up on the TOW blog today with a spooky silly mixed-media tag, and I wanted to share it here with you… along with news on a super cool prize package giveaway, too.

I do think this is just about the silliest mummy I’ve ever seen. He is from the Spooky Selfie clear stamp set, decking out a Brutus Monroe jumbo art tag.

The mummy is colored with Distress inks, and coated with a bit of Glossy Accents to make his features shine. I added a goofy witch’s hat and a few details from Photo Play Paper’s Halloween collection, Matilda & Godfrey. Makes me think of those silly photo props you find in a selfie booth.

I created a bit of a mummy wrap for the bottom of the tag using Therm O Web Mixed Media Art Tape and a Brutus Monroe lace background stamp. The lovely stenciled background is from his line, too.
