Happy Wednesday, Friends!
Recently I had the great pleasure of creating some projects for Photo Play Paper using their new summer lines. Today I wanted to share one of the cards I made with their small-town Americana collection, Main Street Parade.
Main Street Parade is an adorable patriotic collection, perfect for capturing all your summer memories or celebrating the 4th of July. It also works great for so much more. Like my little beach scene here. Anybody up for some fun in the sun?
Of course these cute little stickers I used would work for the park or playground, but my favorite is the beach. That wavy blue border sticker looked just like ocean waves to me, and from there it was easy to create an ocean scene. Just a little ink blending for sky and sand. And then layers of sandy cardstock stickers. I added foam adhesive behind the tops of each image to give them a little dimension. Copic marker polka dots add a bit of shading and depth.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Wishing you all a wonderful day.
