Happy Thanksgiving

Hello Friends and happy Monday! This is Thanksgiving week for those of us in the U.S., and I know it is a super busy time of year. There’s planning and shopping and cooking and baking to be done, and of course this week heralds in the official start of the Christmas holiday season. So I just wanted to take a moment to thank you all for the sweet birthday greetings yesterday and to wish you all a very happy holiday!

My boy is coming home tomorrow, and I am so excited, but I’m not at all ready. Today will be planning and shopping. And tomorrow, we start to celebrate.

But before the festivities begin, I wanted to thank you once again for all your visits and sweet comments left here on my blog. Your support and friendships mean the world to me!

You all know by now how much I love to decorate. The holidays are such a special time of year, and I try to capture their spirit in all my surroundings. I hope my home reflects the joy I feel to my loved ones. And I really hope you all enjoy it, too.

So from my house to yours, Happy Thanksgiving, my friends! May your plate overflow with good food, and your home be filled with the love of family and friends!

  1. Beautifully decorated for Thanksgiving, Audrey! Love all the pumpkins and gorgeous figurines! Happy Thanksgiving to you and family!:-)

  2. I hope you had a fabulous birthday bash!
You are such a busy bee. The house looks great! I collect those vintage turkeys, too, but mine don’t come out of their crates too often since I tend to skip right over Thanksgiving for Christmas. I hope you have a very happy Thanksgiving with your family.

  3. Amazingly beautiful, as always. Too bad there are no longer big department stores with windows for you to decorate. You are the queen of vignettes and I love them all.

  4. You always decorate so beautifully. You have collected such pretty things and you know just how to display them. I love the mix of things. Love having kids creations right beside fine china. I always enjoy your décor.
I need to apologize to you. I seem to have missed your birthday. I hope you had a fabulous birthday full of love and presents and your favorite people. Happy Thanksgiving to y’all.
