Hello, hello! Happy Monday, my friends! I hope that you’ve all had a chance to rest up a bit now from the hectic holiday schedule of the past several weeks, and are finding time to enjoy this wonderful season. Seems like such a welcome break to me, after all the rush and hustle.
Somehow, I didn’t mange to post all of my holiday projects, but now that Christmas is over, it’s time to put all those away for the year and move on. So today I thought it would be fun to share a Valentine card with you that I made for the BasicGrey blog featuring their new J’Adore collection.
J’Adore has a wide and beautiful range of colors, but for today’s card, I went with a bit of a traditional Valentine look with lots of pink mixed with pops of black and white. Die cuts and fun candy dots and heart gems, and even a bit of stamping. The background is a soft wash of watercolor.
If you would like to learn more, or perhaps create this card for yourself, I’ve got a downloadable project sheet of instructions on the BasicGrey blog. And BasicGrey is offering a J’Adore prize package today on their blog, so be sure to stop by and leave a comment here.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Wishing you all a wonderful day!
