Hello, Sweeties! I’m sneaking in on an “off” day today to share a project with you all before the family heads out for Yosemite national park tomorrow. It’s going to be a long five-hour drive and a very early start, so once again, sorry for not being around the computer much these days. But then, that’s what long summer days are for, right?
Today I have a mini notecard set to share with you that I made for Authentique. This is the beautiful Radiant collection and the wonderful sentiments are from the Framed Fonts clear stamp set by Avery Elle, our product partner on the Authentique blog this week.
The notecards are rather simple in design, to allow those fun subway art style sentiment images to really shine. Just some Radiant solid foundation paper in the background, layered with a happy, vibrant yellow print. Love that wide striped grosgrain ribbon from May Arts. Definitely helps to anchor the central focal point sentiments.
Layering the sentiment frames with two different label shapes, die cut from Radiant patterned papers, calls lots of extra attention to the images, too, and is a great way to turn a simple sentiment into a dramatic focal point. A few buttons and flowers add a final pop of color. You can find more details, along with lots of other fun Avery Elle projects this week, on the Authentique blog.
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope to get around to visit with all of you soon!
