Con”grads” with Authentique

My good friend, Michelle, let me “borrow” a photo of her son to scrap while we were off cropping at our new scrappy happy place last weekend. It was taken last year, at his 8th grade graduation, and I am so glad that she happened to have it with her….cause what a perfect match it is for Authentique’s new celebration collection, Accomplished.

AudreyPettit-Accomplished-CongradsLayoutAll you kraft-lovers out there are going to love this new line, and if you have a big occasion to celebrate like a graduation, wedding, or retirement, Accomplished is for you. Each double-sided paper has a black print on one side, with a matching white pattern on the reverse, in the popular chalkboard-look that is all the rage right now. Not only that, the scale is reduced on one side, giving you even extra design options.

AudreyPettit-Accomplished-CongradsLayout2I combined several 12×12 papers with some from the 6×6 Bundle here. Added in some neutral distressed black Foundations paper, and long border stickers from the Details sticker sheet. A 3×4 journaling card from the Enhancements Cut Apart paper is a good anchor for my title lettering and cluster of embellishment and journaling stickers. Then a few additional stickers and a die cut banner flag finish things off.

You can see more details, along with a complete supply list, on the Authentique blog, if you’d like to learn more. Thanks so much for stopping by, my friends! Wishing you all a wonderful weekend!
