Favorite Moments with Sizzix

Hello Sweeties! I have another project using Authentique’s new Favorite collection to share with you today. This time, a little card I made for the Sizzix blog featuring lots of fun Tim Holtz Alterations dies, both new and old.

Audrey Pettit Sizzix FavoriteMomentsCardIsn’t this new Favorite collection beautiful? I am loving the combo of blues mixed with the golden yellow. Just so perfect for the upcoming summer, or for your every day favorite moments, like these.

Audrey Pettit Sizzix FavoriteMomentsCard3Tim’s new Cameo Frame die is the perfect size for layering onto standard A2 card bases. I die cut the frame from pretty polka dotty paper and added some round cardstock stickers and vintage pearl buttons to the top and bottom for an easy, yet eye-catching, background.

Audrey Pettit Sizzix FavoriteMomentsCard4The border in the center was made with one of Tim’s brand new Frameworks dies. This one is called Courtyard.  I added a variety of patterned papers behind the framework using a 1″ paper punch that perfectly fits the round openings. Makes it so easy to create a quick paper pieced design.

Audrey Pettit Sizzix FavoriteMomentsCard2 I added some Favorite Details cardstock stickers and a bit of hemp and twine. The kraft label was die cut from Tim’s Leaf Blueprints die set. Definitely a fall themed set, but that label works perfectly any time of year. The bit of greenery was die cut using the Garden Greens die. After all, greenery doesn’t really have to be green. Right? Right! 😉

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Wishing you all a very wonderful day!
