Glitter Dust Deco Frames with Therm O Web

Therm O Web is best known, of course, for their fabulous line up of adhesives, sewing, and quilting supplies, but did you know they also have a collection of adorable Glitter Dust products, including spray dust and photo corners? And now this week, Therm O Web is introducing a new product into the Glitter Dust family that I know you will love, Glitter Dust™ DECO Frames.

AudreyPettit Thermoweb GlitterFrames SoLuckyTagIf you are like me, and adore the look of glitter on your projects, but hate working with loose glitter, then these new frames are for you! Glitter Dust™ DECO Frames are peel-and-stick adhesive backed and virtually stick to any surface. And best of all, the glitter doesn’t flake off. No, not one bit.

AudreyPettit Thermoweb GlitterFrames SoLuckyTag3The Glitter Dust™ DECO Frames are available in three shapes… Ornate, Scallop Circle and Polaroid, and in four different colors. I used both the Polaroid and Ornate frame here to create this fun little tag that was featured this week at the Therm O Web CHA booth.

AudreyPettit Thermoweb GlitterFrames SoLuckyTag2Isn’t the gold so rich and beautiful? And it perfectly matches the Glitter Dust photo corners already available. Here I used the frames as-is, to show you how pretty the color is. The Polaroid style adds a fun framework to my focal image, drawing the eye right to the birdcage and rolled paper rose. The Ornate frame acts mostly as a small accent at the bottom. I simply trimmed off one edge of the frame and slipped it under the papers. Now the rest can be saved for another project.

AudreyPettit Thermoweb GlitterFrames SoLuckyTag4I’ve got a second fun project featuring the new frames up on the Therm O Web blog today, if you’d like to see more. And be sure to check out all the great ideas from the rest of the team this week while you are there! Thanks so much for stopping by, my friends! Wishing you all a very wonderful weekend!

  1. Oh my, love those frames.. they ‘dress’ it up a bit with a glittery look! Your tag is the birdie, your sweet flower…oooooh and the pom poms…nice finishing touch!

  2. Love all that glitter! And you’re right – I rarely want to go through the hassle of applying glue and shaking on glitter to create a mess. These are perfect!

  3. Well aren’t those just super fun. Glitter sure can get messy so this would be heaven to work with. Love the combination of the two shapes. Inspiring as always Audrey! Hugs!

  4. Yes I do love to work with glitter. But after finishing my project there is just as much glitter in my craft room as on my project:).I’ve never seen this brand here in the Netherlands……would love to buy them. A perfect way to avoid the mess that loose glitter is bringing along …. Your tag is gorgeous ( sorry for beingdistracted….)
