This past week, it has really felt like fall has hit in our neck of the woods. Although it’s still warm in the middle of the day, it’s sure gotten chilly in the morning and evenings, and the days are much shorter, too. I believe summer is officially over. But that’s okay….I’m ready for the fall.
As many of you know by now, I absolutely adore fall. The colors, the leaves, the pumpkins, Halloween….I love it all. Today I have a fun fall project on the Sizzix blog to share with you. A gift tag I made for Pete’s recent big 18th birthday using Tim Holtz’s fabulous new Leaf Blueprint die and stamp set.
Kraft paper, hemp, and burlap for a neutral autumn look. Lace trim and Authentique Strong cardstock stickers for a quick and easy greeting.
I’ve got the complete step-by-steps up on the Sizzix blog, if you’d like to learn more.
Thanks so much for stopping by, my friends! Oh, and this is totally happening at my house right now………..
More spooks to come this weekend! And just in time, too. Mr. Pete is coming home this afternoon for the first time since leaving for college, and that boy does like him some Halloween! I have no idea where he got that from! 😉
