Not So Spooky Pretty Bird

It may only be August, but this past week, I have been surrounded by Halloween things. Of course, being the huge Halloween fan that I am, you all know I don’t mind. Today I am excited to kick off a week of fun on the Therm O Web blog with this little Pretty Bird pincushion project made with Jennifer Jangles fabric and sewing pattern.

This Pretty Bird Pin Cushion by Jennifer Jangles is so fun and easy to put together, and looks great in any fabric designs you choose. I used Jennifer’s adorable Not So Spooky Halloween fabrics on my birdie to make a sweet year-round pin cushion for my sewing room that also happens to double as an instant Halloween decoration come October. Love that!

Each one of Jennifer’s sewing patterns comes with a full-color instruction booklet containing step-by-step directions that are super easy for even beginner sewers to follow. I’ve got more directions and photos up on the Therm O Web blog, if you’d like to learn more.

Jennifer has kindly offered to give to one of our lucky readers an assortment (four patterns; Otis and Rhubarb, Lottie Dot Bag, Okey Dokey Owl and Friends Quilt, and the Little Ditties)  of her adorable patterns!

Simply follow the easy to use Rafflecopter steps here and enter to win! We’ll include an assortment of our favorite HeatnBond® Fusible Fleece and more to help you create these!

And that’s not all…visit Jennifer’s blog and you’ll see not only is she talented…but generous. Click here to download her adorable Elmore Peguin Pattern for FREE!!

  1. Well isn’t this little guy adorable all the way to the tip of his Candy corn nose! I heart Halloween and it always “creeps” up on me because I try to hold onto summer for as long as possible. Guess I better get started…a little birdie told me so 🙂
