PaperHaus Magazine Summer Delight Blog Hop

This week, Authentique is joining up with PaperHaus to celebrate the release of the Summer Issue of PaperHaus Magazine! There is SO much inspiration, techniques, projects, and exclusive artist interviews inside! Not only that but itโ€™s an issue filled with amazing Mixed Media projects from people from all over the world! If you haven’t had a chance to take a peek at it yet, do! Below is the link to the summer issue, simply click on the cover to go there now.

In honor of the new summer issue, Authentique has joined together with PaperHaus for a little summer inspiration blog hop featuring the new “Seasons: Summer” petite collection

I’m joining in on the fun with a little sweet treat pocket idea. Because to me, there’s nothing sweeter than the start of summer!
ย The Summer Petite Collection has three double-sided papers, a cut-apart sheet, and a sticker sheet in a summery theme. I used both the front and back side of the Summer Three paper for the background of my sweets pocket. Then I made a simple pocket from Summer One paper. Just add a panel of paper and machine stitch along three sides, leaving the top open.
Then it’s just to add a few details with journaling cards and stickers….and a bit of trim.
And a banner from the Cut-Apart Enhancements sheet for the top.
AudreyPettit_May_Project2_Summer_SimplePleasuresTreat4Tuck in a sweet treat, or note, or gift card, and you are good to go. A great way to celebrate the start of summer.
