Heeelllo my friends! Happy Monday! Today I have a first, of sorts, to share with you. My very first coffee-themed project, perfectly fitting for today, and totally inspired by my sweet bloggy friend, Amy, who absolutely rocks all things coffee.
This cutie pie little card is made with the September kit from Cocoa Daisy, our product partner this week on the Therm O Web blog. The adorable journaling card is a Simple Stories exclusive for Cocoa Daisy. A perfect fit inside the negative opening of a die cut frame. I added a bit of machine stitching and layers of pretty kit papers from Echo Park and Carta Bella. I’m not sure I ever would have thought to put these papers together, but I love how they look. I think that’s the most fun part about working with a kit.
A bit of trim around the bottom, and a feather cardstock sticker, just for fun. I even finished off the inside of the card…
…with the die cut frame from the front, and another perfect journaling card. I just couldn’t resist.
I’ve got another fun Cocoa Daisy project to share with you later, and there’s lots more to see this week on the Therm O Web blog, too. Be sure to stop by and enter the drawing to win the adorable September kit and some fabulous Therm O Web adhesives. Good luck my friends.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope you all have a fabulous day!
