Family Nest

Hi everyone! Happy, happy Friday to you!

I’m closing out LilyBee week on the Glue Arts and Epiphany Crafts blogs with one last altered project today. It’s a fun little wooden birdhouse that I found at my local thrift store that got a bit of a makeover using LilyBee’s adorable Victoria Park Collection.

Covered the front with patterned papers and then added an index journaling card to the bottom. Added some color to the journaling card with chalk pastels. Dressed the house with rows of vintage buttons, a rolled felt flower and hand-stitched felt leaves, and a twine-tied family tag.

You can find more detailed step-by-steps along with a complete supply list on the Glue Arts blog. And if you are interested in winning some LilyBee Victoria Park for yourself, be sure to leave a comment while you are there. And for a second chance to win, stop by the Epiphany Crafts blog, too, as BOTH blogs are giving away prizes.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend!
