I’m back from CHA, and what a fabulous experience it was! It was a lot of work, and my regular schedule got all out of whack, but it was SO worth it. I loved seeing the vendor booths and how each one was unique and beautifully decorated. The samples that the design teams came up with were absolutely jaw-dropping. I could have taken a picture of every single one. I think some of my favorite booths had to be Melissa Francis, Basic Grey and Making Memories. The artwork in each was just staggeringly beautiful and their booths were so well done. The Making Memories booth was huge and looked like the inside of a house. They were giving away prizes left and right and there was always some kind of commotion coming from there that you could hear from anywhere in the convention center. Think it was starting to drive some people crazy, but I thought it was a hoot. Kathie and I did show up for one of their 2:00 prize drawings where they gave away rolling totes stuffed to the brim with product, organization products and their new Slice machines. Everyone had to wear their MM apron, and everyone had to be inside their booth standing on their carpet, and I tell ya………it was pure chaos. Barely enough room to stand and everyone was screaming and waving their arms around. I did not win, but they did give an alphabet sticker set to everyone present, and they gave both Kathie and I another gift for placing an order with them. Super nice people.
And speaking of orders…….boy did we ever have fun with that!! We picked out almost everything we need for our Paper-Playground kits for the next 5 months or so. I am so in love with the stuff we have coming up! I won’t spill the beans, but I promise you it’s going to be fabulous!
But the best part of CHA by far was meeting so many wonderful people that I have known only online in the past. I met a lot of folks who’s work I truly admire from Create My Keepsake and Two Peas, and was really happy to meet some of the new designers from the Random Chaos design team. Man, that was just freaking fun!
I do have a few pictures I can share today. Here are some of the Webster’s Pages booth.
That is me with the owner of Webster’s Pages, Brandin O’Neill and the Design Team Coordinator, Terri Hayes.
I have to admit that it was a pretty big thrill for me to see my cards displayed in the booth. Terri and Brandin did a wonderful job setting up the booth and adding so many pretty home decor details. They seemed to be pretty busy every time I went past, so I’m hoping they had a really good show.
One of the first places we stopped to shop was the May Arts booth. We have always wanted to add their ribbons to our kits, but have never even been able to get a catalog in the past, so we are pretty happy to be able to say that there will be plenty of gorgeous May Arts ribbons in our upcoming kits. I loved their booth just for the quantity of stunning ribbon everywhere you looked.
I’ll post more photos next time! Have a great day everyone!

It was a fabulous show wasn’t it?? Too much FUN! I too met Terri for the first time in real life instead of online and so many others; Celeb crafters & designers! Oh, and Mark Montano too
Can’t wait to see all those goodies showing up in kits!
Oh My ! Those May Arts ribbons !!!!staggering variety !!!! I just wonder how you manage to choose ! lol
I saw your cards in others’ pics posted on Flickr by others on CHA !
I would imagine it was like being in Scrapbook Heaven or something that weekend ! LOL Glad you had a terrific time , Audrey !
Hey Audrey
Thanks for your sweet comments on my Lil Davis layouts ! lol
They have the Castaway & Away We Go collections which are travel themed : I havent seen there anywhere around online except for the odd chipboard alphas or epoxy stickers . We’ve had them around here since late June which sold out rapidly until our 2nd major LSS got theirs last week : You can have a good idea here :

& Yes i just realised I did use the Velvet May arts ribbon which I’ve seen in others’ pics they now have in in triple the thickness !!!
For some reason I find these Lil Davis die cuts easier to use than the MM Noteworthy 2 ones – which I am still hoarding !
How seriously cute are the three of you in the Webster’s booth? I hope to one day be in a pic with you girls cause that is just so dang adorable. I am so happy that you had a great time at CHA. I missed you on the inspireME site though.
