Wow, has it ever been a busy few days for me. I’ve taken on some part-time work as a pet sitter, and I’ve had little doggie clients coming out of my ears this last week. Seems like every time I finish up with one, the next in line needs taking out….and with the heat here, this has been quite a task. Now that we’ve broken 90, and even over 100, we won’t see any cooler weather until sometime in October.
One of the other things I’ve been doing is boxing up the June kits from the Paper Playground Kits ‘r It club. Sent the first round out today. I don’t know why, but I always get a kick out of seeing the stack of boxes out on my doorstep, ready to go. I really love these kits. This month in particular is one of my favorites. Take a look at this beauty.
This kit is bursting with gorgeous Melissa Frances products. We’ve got papers from Ambiente and Thankful, cardstock stickers, die-cuts, tickets and vintage buttons, all from Melissa Frances. The alphabet this month is Peacoat felt Thickers in navy by American Crafts. For the first time, we are trying out cardstock from Core’dinations in three colors. Core’dinations cardstock has a core color different from the cardstock color. The core color will show through when using some fun techniques like tearing, embossing or sanding. There are also four ribbons and trims, and a whole bag of embellishments. Now I just need more time so that I can play with it!
Well, I’ve got two more dog walks I need to go on before I can call it a night, so I better get cracking.
