Wow…. it’s the middle of the afternoon, and I’m actually sitting down to write on my blog. Seems strange to not be doing this in the dark. But, the kiddos are back in school today and I am FREE. However, that won’t last for long. Peter will be home soon, and I know he will be commandeering the computer away from me as soon as he hits the door. He’s addicted to this new game, and I can hardly get near the computer without a fight, or a whine, or an outright pleading.
Here is my card for this week’s Sketch This blog. Sketch #53. Loved this sketch! I think I want to go back and do a layout with this sketch now that I’ve done my card.
Everything on this card came from the June kit from Paper-Playground . This kit is SO pretty. It has Core’dinations cardstock, patterned paper, cardstock stickers, die-cuts, tickets and buttons from Melissa Frances, an American Crafts alphabet, 4 ribbons,a mini-mask from Heidi Swapp, and more. It includes papers from both the Thankful and the Ambiente line. I could eat this kit up with a spoon!
Well, Peter is home now, and he’s said he survived his first day back. Good to hear!
