Happy Monday! Hope everyone is enjoying this wonderful, long holiday weekend. I know I love the warm days and the feel of summer approaching. We are starting to turn our minds towards the beach, where we will be heading in just a few days. I can’t wait to feel the sand under my feet and hopefully, to jump the waves if I can stand to get in the water.
I went to a crop over the weekend and finally was able to break out my new Webster’s Pages goodies to play a bit. I absolutely love their papers, and recently making their design team was just a dream come true. I was so excited when my package of goodies arrived from them, that I just had to take a picture.
I have been fortunate enough to already have had the chance to work with some of their newer papers from the Paper-Playground kit club. Paper Playground used the Feather Your Nest, Classical Garden and Raspberry Truffle papers in our April kit. If you are interested in those papers, and don’t know where to locate them, be sure to check out that kit.
Here is a page I made at the crop featuring Webster’s Pages Coco line. I am in love with the colors in these papers.
This page uses the Chocolate Souffle paper, along with details cut from the Fresh Baked and Graham Crackers papers. There are also some strips of the Twigs paper from the Feather Your Nest collection. I even used some of my Technique Tuesday alphabet stamps for the title, which I really should break out more.
Nik has started taking pictures of her favorite cartoon shows with her digital camera, and then drawing the pictures from the camera. She whipped all these SpongeBob drawings out in one night, and I just knew I needed to get these down on a page. I am really impressed with how good these drawings are. Maybe I’ve got another budding artist in the family??
Thanks for looking!

Your layout turned out fantastic! look at your little artiste! She gets it from her momma
Zoe loves the spongebob pics too!
Hi Audrey…I just joined the new Inspire Me site. I just love their papers and was so excited to see all the beautiful work. I really liked yours a lot. I also had to tell you that my maiden name it Pettit. I very seldom meet anyone with the same spelling! Look forward to seeing more of your work!
